Pamela Collins

Founder & Executive Director

Pamela Collins is the Head of Pathfinder School and the woman who made it all happen. Her family journeyed through many educational options—private, public, charter, and homeschooling—searching for the right path. Through years of leadership with school PTOs and homeschool co-ops, Pamela discovered a passion for giving children the freedom to take charge of their learning. When she’s not helping learners find their path, Pamela can be found sitting on her porch watching hummingbirds with her husband (who’s also her best friend), spending time with her two amazing children (who share her love of animals and her heart for social justice), or planning her next escape to the beach.

Beaux McDuffie

Success Coach

Coach Beaux has spent the past 26 years inspiring others to reach their personal goals as a Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Public Speaking Coach. Despite that success, her greatest achievement is homeschooling her son (Moe, 18)--she looks forward to his graduation (May 2025), and will continue to support him as he pursues his passion for theater production and film-making.

Beaux studied violin at Booker T. Washington School for the Performing and Visual Arts, and music plays a big role in her life--when she's not playing the violin, she lends her voice to background vocals for local and national recording artists. She also enjoys traveling the world, and she's always ready to explore new places with her son.
